In order to make your TryNow Trial experience as seamless as possible, we offer two possible ways to finalize or "charge for" your order.
The first way is to allow your Trial to run its course. When your TryNow Trial starts our system automatically schedules the next events in your Trial. The first of these is your Trial end date and the second is your anticipated charge date. These dates are predetermined based on the Trial length and the amount of time it is anticipated that any returns being sent back may need to be processed.
The second option is to reach out to our team at Shopper-Support@TryNow.io and provide them with your request to keep all of your items and to be charged. Please be sure to include your order number and the name of the TryNow Partner that you originally ordered from.
Note: In some cases, you may see a charge take place while you are waiting on returns to be processed. We understand these things happen from time to time and can be due to unexpected bumps in the road like carrier or processing delays. Rest assured that any eligible credits or refunds processed by the TryNow Partner will be credited back to your original form of payment used at the time of checkout.
